Are you kidding? That's not true. My site was a fan site for
Elliott Smith. There was nothing to do with Warez or anything
illegal at all. Please explain what is going on.

is still up, there's just not a index.html file, so there is no
homepage, but everything else seems to be there,....this issue was just

I can't log in or view my site.
Is it possible someone got in, changed my password and deleted my
index.html file? Please make it so I can log in. I can email you my
index file if you want, I do have that backed up as well.

This is insane! This is the second random false reason you've
given me as an explanation as to why you deleted my site. Do
you just have a computer spitting out random replies for reasons a
page was deleted? I never had anything to do with spam or mass email,
I never violated the TOS. Please get a human being to reply.

different reasons that my site was taken down. I did nothing wrong and
my site got taken down. This is my url, please fix it so I can use it!

I apologize for the problems, but the the only reason why your site was
removed was enclosed in your last email from us. The only thing we can
do now is I can free up your domain name again, and you can re-upload
your backed up site back onto our servers, then we can take a closer
look at the site to see exactly why it was closed.
